Spring Menu

Welcome to our new menu. Inspired by the colors and flavors that spring time loves to bring us. A breath of fresh air. Menu prices are not listed due to inflation of cost.

  1. ROASTED PERNIL
    Cuban inspired roasted pork lion, served with summer vegetables and creamy polenta
  2. CHICKEN MARSALA
    A delicious classic chicken dish braised with Marsala wine and portbella mushrooms.
  3. CHICKEN CACITORRE
    Chicken breast filet seared and braised with a tomato sauce and accompanied with onions, olives, and finished with a merlot.
  4. ROAST TOP ROUND AU JUS
    Served with cauliflower puree and caramelized carrots.
  5. ROASTED PHESANT
    Served with a summer melody consisting of beets, squash, and carrots.
  6. GRILLED AHI TUNA
    Seasoned and grilled to medium for that beautiful red center. Served on a bed of local succotash.
  7. POACHED SALMON
    Salmon filet slow cooked with wine, broth, dill, shallots, carrots, and peppercorns.
