Welcome to our new menu. Inspired by the colors and flavors that spring time loves to bring us. A breath of fresh air. Menu prices are not listed due to inflation of cost.

    Seasoned and slow cooked lamb with a bright beef tomato base
  2. SPICY LENTIL
    A lightly flavored beef flavored broth with corn, habanero peppers, lentils, and bite size pieces of beef.

    A rich beef based and sherry wine with caramelized onions
  4. CHESAPEAKE BAY BISQUE
    Freshly caught Chesapeake Bay crab slowly cooked with roasted red peppers, corn, and fresh herbs.
  5. SHRIMP BISQUE
    Our spring version shrimp bisque blended with exotic flavors.
  6. MANHATTAN CLAM CHOWDER
    A light tomato based clam chowder
  7. BUBBA BUBBA GUMBO
    Three styles of shrimp swimming in a rich seafood broth
  8. CREAM OF AVOCADO
    A light chicken broth pureed with avocado and heavy cream
  9. WATERMELON GAZPACHO
    Chilled spring soup freshly blended with cucumbers, watermelon, and herbs
  10. TRES SALCHICHA
    A chicken broth based soup accompanying three styles of sausage creating a bold flavor that will leave you craving more.

    Sweet papaya and guava accented with spiced onions, spanish olives and savory bacon served over a bed of mixed greens
  2. CLASSIC CEASAR
    Romaine lettuce with freshly shaved parmesan cheese.
  3. GREEN BEAN DIJON
    Pickled green bean salad dressed in dijon vinagarette
  4. HOUSE SALAD
    Arugula and Kale salad mix with seasonal sliced vegetables
  5. BEET & ALMOND SALAD
    Salted, pickled beets served on a bed of greens, garnished w/ almonds, radishes, lemongrass, and goat cheese.
